SUMMER 2026 GROUP HIKES
Programme
Meet your UIAGM Mountain Guide at the Monterosa Ski lift ticket office in Stafal – usually at 07:30. Equipment check, followed by a cable car ride up to Punta Indren.
Begin the roped ascent on the glacier towards the summit. We will enjoy a brief stop at the top for photos, a snack, and to enjoy the views. Descent towards the Mantova Hut, with the opportunity to have lunch together, followed by the final descent back to the Punta Indren lift.
Expected return around 16:30.

Difficulty: F+ easy glacier trek with a secured rocky section for Christ of the Summits.

Costs
Price per person includes guiding by a UIAGM Mountain Guide and the hire of a harness and crampons.

Price per person for the return cable car from Stafal to Punta Indren (valid for the day): €40.00
The excursion is confirmed with a minimum of 3 participants.
How to Book
To book your adventure, please send an email to info@guidemonterosa.info including the date of the excursion, first and last name, phone number, and any equipment required (Harness and Crampons).
The booking deadline is THURSDAY of the week preceding the excursion. For example, the deadline to register for the excursion on MONDAY 03/08 will be THURSDAY 30/07. Participation must be confirmed by this date, accepting the minimum rate of €150.00 (based on 3 climbers).
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the excursion will be cancelled. In the event that the guide must cancel due to adverse weather conditions, we will happily coordinate with you to find another suitable date.
Important Information
By participating in a group mountaineering excursion, you respect and support the abilities and limits of each climber in the rope team. If the Guide determines that even a single participant is unable to safely proceed for any reason, the excursion may be cut short for the safety of the entire group, and everyone will return to the valley. Please note that no refunds can be provided under these circumstances.
